Product Details
WynPUF® XH-1685 foam stabilizer is a Si-C bond type of polysiloxane polyether copolymer. It has been originally developed for HCFC, water and hydrocarbons blown polyurethane foams, delivering very good foam stabilization and extremely fine celled foam; however industrial experience has demonstrated that it may also be used as a general-purpose surfactant for other rigid foam applications.

Applications
● Current applications for refrigeration, lamination and spray foam applications with hydrocarbons and water co-blown systems.
● Gives the product a superior capacity in emulsifying, nucleus forming and foam stabilizing.
● Provides extremely fine, regular foam structure delivering foams and foam stabilizing.
Levels of Use (additive as supplied)
Use levels for this type of foam can vary from 2 to 3 parts per 100 parts polyol(php)
Package and storage stability
Available in 200kg drums.
24 months in closed containers.
