XH-1625 foam stabilizer is a Si-C bone, non-hydrolytic type polysiloxane polyether copolymer. It is mainly suitable for rigid polyurethane foam with Pentane
Foaming system. Polyurethane (PU) foam is created when isocyanate (such as TDI, MDI, PAPI, TTI) and polyol are reacted. It becomes polyurethane foam when gas is introduced, either via reaction of the isocyanate with water, or with blowing agents.

Applications
● Specially designed for high-end refrigerators, refrigerators and other hard foam system. It can provide fine cell structure, which makes the foam products have lower thermal conductivity.
● It can provide high flow of foaming material, has good density distribution and strength distribution, and can reduce the cavity on the foam surface.
● The common level range for XH-1625 is 2.0 to 3.0 parts per hundred of polyol (php).
Levels of Use (additive as supplied)
The common level range for XH-1625 is 1.5 to 2.5 parts per hundred of polyol (php).
