Product Description
WynPUF® XH-2836 is non-hydrolyze silicone surfactant, designed specially for TDI or T/M based HR molded foam applications.
Key Features and Benefits
●In TDI system, it is very high potency surfactant, providing open celled foam, yielding low force-to-crush and low shrinkage.
● Even at low use-levels, resulting in fine, uniform cell structure. XH-2836 has better flow ability and can provide foam with better skin surface.
● Suitable for TDI or T/M mold foam formulations. It can be used in SAN and PHD polymer system. Recommended use level from 0.4-1.0 parts per hundred polyol depends on the formulation.
●It has very low VOC and fogging value, can meet the demand of car industry.

Appearance: Straw-color liquid.
Viscosity at 25°C：5-20CST
Water content: ＜0.2%
Levels of Use (additive as supplied)
Suitable for TDI and T/M system, and it suggested use-levels range from 0.8-1.2 parts per hundred polyol.
Package and storage stability
190 kg drums or 950kg IBC
WynPUF® XH-2836 should, if possible, be stored at room temperature. Under these conditions and in original sealed drums, has a shelf-life of 24 months.
