WynPUF^®XH-2902is non-hydrolyzable silicone surfactant for polyurethane flexible foam.

Key Features and Benefits

● XH-2902 is low potency surfactant, with very wide processing latitude.

● XH-2902 can be used for high density flexible foam, usually the density range is 40-80 kg/m3 and also can be used in visco-elastic foam. ^.

● The foam from XH-2902 has better breathability and very small density difference.

Appearance: Straw-color clear liquid

Viscosity at 25°C：50-200cst

Density@25 °C：1.01+0.02 g/cm³

Water content: ＜0.2%

Levels of Use (additive as supplied)

WynPUF^®XH-2902 is recommended for polyurethane flexible foam.

Package and storage stability

200 kg drums or 1000kg IBC

WynPUF^®XH-2902 should, if possible, be stored at room temperature. Under these conditions and in original sealed drums, has a shelf-life of 24 months.
