WynPUF® is our brand for polyurethane foam additives. XH-2591 is for flexible foam agents. Silicone foam stabilizers is mainly suitable for conventional flexible foam/ Slab stock foam with density from 10kg/m3 to 35 kg/m3. XH-2591 is equivalent to B 8123, DC-5933, H-5123 in international markets.

WynPUF® XH-2591 is non-hydrolyzable silicone surfactant, designed to provide excellent foam stability and fine regular cell structure in polyurethane flexible foam.

Key Features and Benefits

● XH-2591 has very high potency, suitable for low density foam.

● XH-2591 can help to produce fine and regular cell structure.

● XH-2591 has excellent foam stability, usually it is recommended to produce very low-density foam, the density is below 12 kg/m3, sometimes, even to 6 kgs/m3.

● XH-2591 can minimize the density difference even in the very low-density foam.

Water content: 0.2%

Levels of Use (additive as supplied)

WynPUF® XH-2591 is recommended for conventional flexible foam. The detail dosage in the formulation depends on several parameters. For example, density, the temperature of the raw material and the machine conditions. 

Package and storage stability

200 kg drums or 1000kg IBC

WynPUF® XH-2591 should, if possible, be stored at room temperature. Under these conditions and in original sealed drums, has a shelf-life of 24 months.
